RioverdeUdders RR Monkey Lou, aka "Monkey" is back in my herd! She is a striking Chamois, and was one of my original does. When her prior owner (Double T Bar Farm) graciously offered her back to me recently, I was thrilled to get one of my best milkers again! Monkey always out-produced all my other does in my original herd, and continues to be one of my best to this day; she just loves to milk, and milk some more. Her dam, though herself not decorated with titles and such, was I believe a doe mistakenly overlooked by others. Monkeys dam Loulou was the dairy queen in her herd too; Loulou's littermate sister is a SG doe who milked over 1,000 lbs of milk and is in the 90th percentile ranking with ADGA. I hope Monkey will give me a few more beautiful daughters that take after her milkiness. She is an easy kidder, and a great mother as well. Thanks to my friend at Double T Bar Farm, Monkey Lou has returned to me. :)
