I, the breeder, reserve the right to retain any/all kids born that I feel would benefit my herd; as well as refuse a sale at ANY time to ANYONE if I feel my kids would not be placed in an appropriate home. (If a deposit was placed, it will be refunded in this exclusive instance.) I keep a waiting list of everyone interested in reserving a future goat kid. It is free. My list is organized in a first-come first-serve basis, depending of course on preferences/kid availability. For more information about reservations, see my FAQ's page. Once kid(s) are born, I require a deposit to hold them until pick-up. Deposits are generally non-refundable (except in the case of an emergency arising on my end, or if I choose to refuse a sale to someone.), but can be moved to a future kidding. Deposits can be paid via check (depending on the timing), cash, or paypal. Kid(s) must be picked up by a mutually agreed-upon date between breeder/buyer. Remaining balance for goat is due upon pickup in cash only (unless otherwise arranged). My kids do not go home younger than 4 weeks old unless with their dams. Kids older than 4 weeks can go home as long as they take a bottle, and the new owner is prepared to bottle-feed them. ANY RESERVED KID NOT PICKED UP BY 10 WEEKS OLD WILL BE OFFERED FOR SALE AGAIN WITH NO REFUND ON THE DEPOSIT (unless otherwise arranged). Only breeding quality kids will be offered with registration. All of my kids can be registered with AGS. Most also can be registered with ADGA as well, though I primarily use AGS. I am very picky with which bucklings I let go registered/intact.
