The Sheep

In addition to raising Nigerian Dwarf goats, we also raise sheep. We primarily breed Katahdins, Dorpers, East Freisan, and occasionally have pure-bred Katahdin lambs as well as cross lambs available. Our sheep are raised holistically the same way as the goats are, with lots of love. :) We breed for hardy good mothers with good milk production, fun colors, and great tasting meat too! Most of our sheep are a "hair" breed, which means no wool to deal with as they shed it each Spring. We also breed for "polled" meaning no horns (although sometimes they show up lol). When we have lambs available you will see them posted on this page. Cross bred lambs generally range $150-$200, and purebred registerable Katahdin lambs are $400 and up. We occasionally have adult sheep available.
